After the HC meeting last night, Lady Raeana was given the Recognition Award for her Outstanding Service & Dedication to the New OutRiders!
It was my pleasure to give this award to Lady Rae. Ladies Roxanne and Sweet Pe were with me as well during this special ceremony. Lady Rae wears many hats aside from being Lady of the High Council. As Tome Warden she maintains the guild website which includes review of all material being posted and making sure it's appropriate for a family atmosphere. As HC Scribe, Lady Rae updates the NOR Master Roster from info provided to her by the Herald of each NOR Realm and/or Branch Leader. The recording of all meeting minutes are taken and submitted to her fellow Lords & Ladies of the HIgh Council. There are many additional functions Lady Raeana oversees such as the ventrillo server, emails from numerous members regarding anything from trouble accessing the site whether it be the website or the ventrillo server to needing help posting photos or posts in general.
So once again Lady Rae... thank you for all of the "behind the scenes" work that you do! Without it.. I know we would not be as successful!
